The basic structure is still the same, based on our own Phantom Series5 profiles. 20mm is still the minimum width, but the maximum width has been regulated to 120mm and at this width the weight of the product on the belt has a effect on performance. So therefore standard widths are 20mm, 40mm, 60mm 80mm and 120mm. We have produced cleated belts, not that the cleats can be very high, about 4-5mm is the maximum. Also due to popular demand, we will be developing a variable speed control option and also a transfromer option for convetsion from AC to DC power.

Type 40 belt conveyor
One of our best selling conveyor belt systems is the Type40 belt conveyor. This is a low profile belt conveyor based on and compatible with the Phantom aluminium profile system. With a 40mm thick frame and 40mm diameter drive and tail roller as standard, it's compact yet has a high speed and weight capacity for a multitude of applications. The external motor is usually end mounted as this is the most economical configuration, but a centre drive system is available. The Type40 conveyor belt is also available with a variety of belt types with textures and flights for incline transport.
TYPE 20 MINI BELT CONVEYOR
Since we introduced the Type20 mini belt conveyor into the market back in 2011, sales have steadily grown and we have gained more information that enables us to develop a better product. As a reader of our blog, you get to know the details first.

SOLID ROLLER CONVEYOR
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
• Conveyor lengths: 36” to 120” in 3” increments

• Frame is all welded with round cross members
• Frames outer surface is a #4 finish with 2B on
internal components
• Roller centers 3” and 6”
• Standard roller 1.9” diameter
• Rollers are 304 SS hollow tubes with a 2B finish
• Stainless steel precision bearings are located in
plastic housing
• Roller ends spring loaded 7/16” hex shaft
• Stands are stainless steel tube with adjustable foot

GLASS PANEL CONVEYOR
Glass panel conveyor, also known as solar conveyor, is designed to handle tempered glass panels during the manufacturing and assembly processes. Solar panel conveyor handles any glass panel or application. The adjustable width can handle multiple size panels. The reversible drive motor allows conveyor to be operated in both directions. The conveyor frame and equipment are extruded aluminum shapes. The frame is made of 80/20 aluminum.
80/20 is a framing system that used extruded beams of aluminum alloy. The t-slots create the foundation for the assembly. 80/20 is the world leader in t-slot aluminum profiles. The modular framing systems can be fabricated to use as a machine guard, display area, or workstation. 80/20 has an attractive, clean appearance that is corrosion resistant. To inspect and pack cartons of indexable inserts, palettes containing trays of parts are first automatically unloaded from a RL 10 load robot machine. As each palette is presented to the machine, rows of parts are unloaded and placed in a linear fashion onto a conveyor belt.
Parts placed on four conveyor belts are moved under a series of identical machine vision systems where they are inspected for both position and orientation. Here additional measurements of incircle, outer circle, hole diameter and cutting angle are made. To digitize images of the parts, several CCD cameras are interfaced to a PC using off-the-shelf frame grabbers. Because four inspection stations are required, the system employs four such cameras connected to one frame grabber to digitize images into the RAM of the PC.
To pack the boxes automatically requires another multi-station system where empty boxes are removed from a carousel and transferred to a conveyor belt. A gantry robot then transfers these empty boxes from the conveyor belt to the filling station. The boxes are then closed, printed labels applied to them and they are transferred from the conveyor belt to another carousel where they are off-loaded for shipping.
After the parts have been placed on each chain belt conveyor, they are moved under a second inspection station, where the radius of the cutting edge is measured with high accuracy. Here, parts are imaged by another CCD camera fitted with a telecentric lens to avoid perspective distortions.
